By accessing or using ChatSa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ChatSa is an AI chatbot builder platform that allows users to create, train, and deploy custom AI agents. The Service includes chatbot creation, knowledge base management, function calling, analytics, and embedding tools.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to generate harmful or misleading content, to impersonate others, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. ChatSa retains ownership of the platform, technology, and all proprietary materials. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
6. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Free plans may have usage limits as described on our pricing page.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss caused by factors beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatSa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period. You may export your data before termination.
